Refund policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads that cannot be returned once delivered, we are generally unable to offer refunds after a file has been downloaded.

That said, we want you to be happy. If something is wrong with your file, you were charged in error, or you have not yet downloaded your purchase, contact us within 14 days at support@openandgostudio.com and we will make it right.

Payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
